A jury has officially ruled actor and comedian Bill Cosby as liable within a civil suit filed by Judy Huth following a 1975 incident at the Playboy mansion where she claims he sexually assaulted her!

According to TMZ, Judith has been awarded $500,000 dollars by a Santa Monica Jury.

Reports read that Judith was 16 at the time when she met a then 17 year old Cosby on set of a film within a park. He had allegedly invited her to accompany him at the Playboy mansion a few days later.

Judith testified in court that Cosby and her had been alone in one of the bedroom’s of the Playboy mansion when he attempted to put his hands down her pants. She claims that she lied and told him she was on her period in efforts of getting him to stop but says Cosby proceeded in exposing himself. Judith states that he had forced her hand on his erected manhood to help him masturbate until he climaxed.

Though he wasn’t present at trial today, Cosby and his legal team argued against Judith’s claims in saying that he didn’t remember meeting her and that she was only interested in a payday. However, Judith’s lawyer provided a photograph of her alongside Bill at the Playboy mansion.

Her legal team also argues that Judith decided to wait to take legal action against Cosby after all these years because she had began to endure anxiety attacks back in 2014 through 2018. She states that they were caused by Bill’s conviction for sexual assault within a separate incident.
