Noir Nation, the internet thought Serayah and Joey Bada$$ might be working things out after the actress was recently asked about their relationship and responded that the two were “doing great” and “hoping for the best.” She also confirmed that they were still talking.
However, her rep has now clarified that the former couple is NOT getting back together.
According to Serayah’s representative, she and Joey are only communicating about co-parenting their son. The rep also confirmed that Serayah has already returned her engagement ring.
The clarification comes just days after Serayah announced that she was choosing her own happiness and ending the relationship, while accusing Joey of “repeated infidelity.” Sources previously told TMZ that the breakup was reportedly sparked after Serayah allegedly overheard Joey talking with another woman.
So, to clear up the confusion: They may be on good terms, but they are not back together.
