Lionel Richie Remains In ICU As Doctors Investigate Possible Cardiac Arrest Issues Following Onstage Health Scare!

The 77-year-old singer remains hospitalized in a St. Louis intensive care unit after checking himself into the hospital following his Saturday night performance at The Muny.

According to TMZ, doctors are now testing Richie for possible cardiac-related issues. He was initially being evaluated for possible mild dehydration after appearing to struggle toward the end of his performance and asking for a chair while singing “All Night Long.”

Despite the concerning update, sources say Richie is expected to be released from the hospital Wednesday.

This marks another health scare for the legendary performer, who also became ill during a June concert in Minnesota and was hospitalized after experiencing dizziness onstage.
