A Baja California, Mexico resident and teacher has gone viral recently after sharing one of the most devastating moments of his life as part of a Tiktok trend!

In an uploaded video that has now reached over 16.9 million views, Uziel Martinez wrote in Spanish, “ I donated a kidney to her mother, she left me and got married a month later.”

Countless social media users took to his comments issuing words of support and encouragement to not let the situation keep him down forever.

In a follow up video Uziel addresses the comments made while providing an update of the former couple’s status. He says that they are on good terms despite the break up, reports The Sun.

“Actually I’m fine, I’m fine emotionally, I think so is she. I have nothing against her, we are on good terms. We are not friends, but neither do we hate each other. I only did it to make a TikTok. I didn’t think this was going to get out of control.”

An online user advised him not make a mistake like this in the future with anyone else he may come across. Uziel responded, “We just have two kidneys and if I already gave one, I only have another one for me, so … I can’t feel it.”
