Natalia Bryant has officially been granted an extended restraining order against an alleged stalker — and the updated order now includes protection for her immediate family.
According to court documents, the extension covers Natalia, her mother Vanessa Bryant, and her younger sisters Bianka and Capri. Per TMZ, a Los Angeles judge approved the extension for an additional five years.
The man named in the order, Dwyane Kemp, is accused of stalking Natalia since she was a teenager. Natalia, now 22, first filed for a restraining order in 2022.
Court filings state that Natalia’s legal team requested the extension in November, citing an alleged violation of the original order in August. Kemp reportedly attended an event hosted by Natalia and her employer in an attempt to contact her.
According to The Daily Mail, Kemp arrived at the August 24 event with flowers intended for Natalia. When he realized she was not present, he allegedly attempted to give the flowers to her mother, Vanessa Bryant, with the intention that they be passed along to Natalia.
“Kemp’s effort to contact Ms. Bryant indirectly through her immediate family member demonstrates his continued fixation and complete disregard for the restraining order,” the filing stated.
The documents further allege that when approached by security, Kemp admitted his actions would typically violate the restraining order but claimed he believed the order had expired.

Natalia’s legal filing reportedly includes security camera images of a man her attorneys identify as Kemp holding a bouquet of flowers similar to ones he previously posted online. The filing states Kemp acknowledged knowing Vanessa Bryant was present at the event while also knowing Natalia was not.
Sources say Kemp allegedly began contacting Natalia when she was 17 years old, just months after the tragic deaths of her father, Kobe Bryant, and her sister, Gianna Bryant.

In her original filing, Natalia also expressed concerns about Kemp being a gun enthusiast, stating that he has been arrested and convicted multiple times in the past and has shared images of himself with firearms on social media.
The extended restraining order remains in effect, providing continued legal protection for Natalia and her family.
