Noir Nation, an official update regarding Diddy’s third bailing hearing has been declared as a federal judge ruled that the music mogul remains behind bars!

According to CNN Judge Arun Subramanian rejected Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs latest attempt for release on Wednesday afternoon. As we previously reported Diddy was scheduled for a court hearing on Friday, November 22.

Sources state that the two-hour court hearing involved Diddy’s legal team providing potential options for his release. If released on bail including Diddy would reside at a three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan where he would be monitored by security 24/7. Amongst the 50 million dollar proposed bail package, visitors and phone calls would also be monitored.

However, the Federal prosecution team has argued that Diddy cannot be trusted on bail as he’s been unable to follow specific rules. Sources state that Diddy has been continuously using a messaging service, conducting three-way calls to contact witnesses, and utilizing social media posts surrounding his birthday to stir up sympathy as he awaits trial.

“Underscoring the Court’s concern, despite defense counsel’s assurances to the Court at the November 22, 2024 hearing (with Combs in attendance) that Combs stopped using ContactMeASAP as of November 16, 2024, … the government indicates that Combs has continued to use this service as recently as this past Sunday, November 24, 2024.”
