Cousins, Keke Palmer aint here for the mean girl energy especially when it comes down to her fellow Virgo sister Angela Simmons.
Angela has gone viral once again following a recently announced partnership with beloved plant-based fast food joint Slutty Vegan.
As we previously reported Angela took to social media Tuesday morning in a promo video that opened up with her in a tub full of Oreo cookies. The video continues with a couple more comfy-sultry shots of her munching on her signature fried Oreos as she announces the collaboration.
“Fried Oreos anyone ? Soooooo excited for my official launch with @sluttyveganatl,” read her caption.
“Our @eatangelascakes Fried Oreos will be available at all Slutty Vegan locations beginning Friday, July 12th !!”
Despite Angela’s excitement for the upcoming launch social media users weren’t too enthusiastic as they took to her comment section to call her cringy and corny.
“Why are you like this shorty???” wrote one Instagram user.
Another wrote, “ You be doing simple sh*t,” which caught the attention of Keke.
“and?????? What’s yall problem FORREAL!!! Let her be simple then???!?,” she responded.
“The way these people are hating in your comments is something VICIOUS! I’m so blown back. Just know you doing EVERYTHING RIGHT.I have never seen people so pressed. Whew ♍️ ” Keke added in a seperate comment.
In response Angela wrote, “thanks for always being so supportive to me !!! You are the best ❤️❤️❤️.”
Angela has been the talk of the town on social media in recent weeks after receiving backlash online for wearing a gun shaped purse to the BET awards.
The 36-year-old has since issued multiple apologies while advocating for change in the Black community regarding gun violence.
