Megan Thee Stallion Takes The Stand To Testify In Day 2 Of Tory Lanez Shooting Trial; Confirms They Had A Romantic Relationship And Says He Offered Her $1 Million To Not Tell The Police He Shot Her!

Cousins! We are half way through day two of the highly anticipated trial discussing the 2020 shooting incident involving Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion!

According to the L.A Times, Megan took the stand at 11:15 she is said to have been both nervous and emotional as she stated, “I just don’t feel good. I can’t believe I have to come up here and do this” She explains that her and Tory used to be friends.

Megan says that an argument erupted in the SUV because she wanted to leave the party at Kylie Jenner’s house and Tory didn’t. She says that he had an attitude. The Texas native recalls Tory saying, “ you need to stop lying to your friend,” in reference to Kelsey Harris.

Megan is said to have confirmed that her and Tory had a romantic situation and that the argument stemmed from that and then escalted to a fight about their careers. She said Tory told her she “ain’t shit” and that she responded by talking about his position within the industry. Megan said thats when he really got upset.

Megan explained that she wanted to exit the SUV at that moment but didn’t said, “I’m in the peak of being famous and I’m in a thong … and I look all crazy” insisting that she didn’t want to be snapped on camera.

She says he eventually lets her out of the car and yells, “Dance Bitch” as he fires the gun five times. “I’m in shock. I’m scared. I hear the gun going off. I can’t believe he’s shooting at
me.”

Reports read, “Defense attorney George Mgdesyan has repeatedly argued no one else will testify Lanez (or anyone)
yelled the phrase “dance, bitch!”.. phrasing the prosecution has used repeatedly and DA Alexander Bott began his opening argument with.”

Megan continues in recalling everyone’s facial expression at the time. “Tory
looked shocked. Kelsey looked shocked. JaQuan [the driver/Lanez security] looked shocked.”

When asked why didn’t she report to local officials she had been shot when they were initially pulled over Megan said, “At this time we are at the height of police brutality… I felt if I said this man had shot me, they might shoot first and ask questions later. I don’t feel safe in the car. I don’t feel safe with police.”

She continued, “First of all in the Black community, in my community, it’s not really acceptable to be cooperating with police officers.”

The Grammy award winning rapper also shares that another reason she was hesitant is because she feared speaking up would hurt her career. “This whole situation in the industry is like a big boy’s club. Like I’m telling on one of y’all friends, now you’re all about to hate me.”
