Cousins! We are currently still weighing in on day one of Tory Lanez shooting trial with Megan Thee Stallion. As opening statements are still underway new details and privately discussed instances are being revealed!
The first witness to take the stand has been identified as the LAPD officer that arrived on the scene to the 2020 incident. Upon his arrival the officer stated that he saw acrylic nails, a gold chain and pendant tossed in the street. It has been confirmed that the items belonged to Megan’s former friend Kelsey Nicole Harris.
Amongst the series of evidence the prosecution team discovered inconsistencies within the officer’s testimony. While only taking a video of blood splatter and not actual photos of where the drippings traveled, attorneys argue that it is difficult to confirm what happened when the victim exited the car.
According to the LA Times; Prosecutors also argue that Tory attacked Kelsey while the defense team argues that it was Megan that attacked her.
