As of this afternoon the Grand Jury has delivered an official decision to only charge one out of three Louisville , Kentucky officers responsible for the murder of BreonnaTaylor !

According to TMZ officer Brett Hankinson has been brought up on charges of three counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree for firing recklessly and without any regard for life.

Sources have confirmed that his bail has been set to $15,000 and that if convicted he could possibly face up to a maximum of 5 years in prison.

Attorney General #DanielCameron is set to hold a news conference later today to publicly explain the Jury’s decision.
