It appears that R. Kelly ‘s most recent plea deal has been denied with him set to remain behind bars following the transfer of his reported attacker being transferred!

As we previously reported Kelly received quite the beat down last month by a fellow Chicago inmate.

According to TMZ , federal prosecutors directly replied to Kelly’s plea where his legal team states that the attacker could’ve killed him, by confirming that the threat is no longer present within the facility.

Sources have confirmed that prosecutors believe that the attack was at random with the chances of another occurrence being deemed obsolete. It has been noted that the attacker was moved to a facility in Michigan.

Reports read that Kelly’s legal team argued that the attacker informed a doctor that he orchestrated the fight to gain attention towards his own case. However the same doctor confirmed that a conversation of that type never took place and that Kelly was only frustrated from the injuries he sustained.

Further reports confirmed that Kelly has been identified as an ultimate flight risk and shouldn’t be released on bail.
