National Basketball Association all star #LeBronJames is currently being sued for posting a picture taken a by photographer on Facebook reportedly without their permission!
Photographer Steven Mitchell has officially forwarded claims against the Los Angeles Laker for allegedly utilizing his Dec.13, 2019 shot, reports TMZ. Sources have confirmed that the photo in question was taken during a Lakers verses Heat game in Miami, where LeBron is seen dunking on #MeyersLeonard.
It has been indicated that Mitchell’s issue derived from the notion that LeBron used the photo on both Instagram and Facebook without personally reaching out to him beforehand.
Reports read that not only is Mitchell seeking money for any potential profits LeBron made off of the photo but also suing for $150K for each time he used the picture as well.
