👀 It all started when Aubrey touched down in NYC this week and posted a cryptic caption with a ⚖️ emoji, writing:
“Hey, New York!!! Where y’all think I should head first?”
Naturally, fans and various media outlets assumed she was pulling up to testify against Diddy amid the explosive sex trafficking and abuse allegations he’s currently facing. But in true Aubrey fashion, she’s not letting anyone run with the wrong narrative.
During a candid convo on iHeart Radio’s “Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes Present: Aubrey O’Day, Covering the Diddy Trial,” the singer got straight to the point:
“No, I’m not here to testify for the Diddy trial, that I know of,” Aubrey shared. “I did have a meeting with Homeland Security.”
And as for that viral Instagram post? It wasn’t a court hint — just Aubrey being Aubrey.
“I posted on my Instagram that I was here in New York and enjoying myself because I wanted to make it clear to everyone that I am not here testifying.”
Still, she was subpoenaed and did meet with officials, so let’s just say… this story may not be over.
