Donald Trump’s Newly Launched Justice Department Leadership Orders A Freeze On Civil Rights Cases Including George Floyd And Breonna Taylor’s!

Noir Nation! President Donald Trump’ new Justice Department leadership has issued an executive order to freeze civil rights litigation on various Civil Rights cases previously made under the Biden administration!

According to reports obtained from ABC-News, Trump’s newly launched Justice Department is also reconsidering police reform agreements. Sources state that attorneys within the Civil Rights Division have received direct orders to not file any new complaints until further notice.

An issued memo forwarded by new chief of staff Chad Mizelle has also ordered attorneys to notify leadership of any settlements or court agreements to reform police agencies finalized under the Biden administration within the last 90 days.

Under the new administration, the justice department may move to reconsider previous agreements made regarding incidents in Louisville, Kentucky, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Justice Department announced in December 2024 that they had reached an agreement with Louisville to reform the city’s police force following an investigation prompted by the fatal police shooting of Breonna Taylor in 2020 and police treatment of protesters, reports KSAT.

It has also been reported that earlier this month an approved agreement was issued to recreate the city’s police training and use-of-force policies folowing t the 2020 murder of George Floyd.
