Irv Gotti Accused Of Sexual Assault And Abuse In New Lawsuit!

Cousins! Murder Inc. co-founder Irv Gotti is currently facing some serious legal issues as a woman has come forward in a recently filed lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more!

Miami News journalist Alex DeLuca reports, that a woman who prefers to be identified as JANE DOE, filed the suit on Thursday July 11th. According to court documents Gotti is being accused of sexually assaulting and abusing JANE in Saint Martin, Miami, including Atlanta from 2020 to 2022.

“The woman claims she and Gotti met at a poker tournament in the summer of 2020, and Gotti invited her on a vacation to Saint Martin afterward,” says DeLuca.

“Gotti allegedly threatened to send her home if she did not have sex with him once he arrived on the Caribbean island. The lawsuit states that Gotti and Jane Doe began a relationship after Saint Martin’s trip.”

Within the recently filed suit, Jane Doe lists specific details of the alleged incident from Atlanta and Miami. She claims that Gottti flew her from Miami back in January 2022 and forced her to perform oral sex on him as they occupied an elevator while staying at a Four Seasons Hotel.

Months later, during the summer of that year Jane Doe says Gotti forced her to perform oral sex on him while in an Uber in Atlanta.

Jane Doe says in the forwarded suit, that she is still affected by emotional and physical injuries she sustained while dating Gotti to this day.

“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward. These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.”
