mMarried couple Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty are in hot water after receiving a fat lawsuit from a woman accusing him of an attempted rape incident in 1995. The victim is currently claiming that she has been harassed, bullied and bribed to by Nicki to change her story!

Jennifer Hough has been identified as the alleged rape victim within Kenneth’s early 90s case. He is accused of stopping her as she traveled to school with a knife to her back and instructed her to keep walking. He then allegedly took her to her home where he reportedly sexually assaulted her. Kenneth was later convicted of first degree rape.

According to TMZ in newly surfaced court documents Jennifer says, shortly after Nicki and Kenneth started dating in late 2018, the Queens, NYC rapper reportedly began making public comments about how he was “wrongfully accused” and that Jennifer recanted her story back then. She denies all claims.

As we previously reported in March 2020 Kenneth was arrested after failing to register as a sex offender. Jennifer says Nicki allegedly called her and offered to fly her and her family to L.A. in exchange for changing her story about the rape claims against Kenneth in order to help him out.

Reports read that Jennifer immediately declined the offer and that she and her family “suffered an onslaught of harassing calls and unsolicited visits.” Soon after, she claims Nicki had people contact Jennifer’s brother and offer a $500k payment in exchange for a statement recanting her rape allegations against Kenneth.

Court documents obtained by TMZ indicate that Jennifer was allegedly harassed by Nicki sending lawyers to her home in hopes of persuading her into recanting her story. She says she immediately she began to panic and feel unsafe after being harassed at home.

Jennifer was forwarded another alleged cash bribe offer of $20k and another alleged threat to her safety. She despite moving from her home last year she still ontinues to live in fear.

She’s is currently suing Nicki and Kenneth for intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and witness intimidation. As well as suing Petty for sexual assault related to the 1995 sexual assault incident.
