North Carolina Elementary School Volunteer Arrested In Target After Being Spotted Sliding His Phone Under A Woman’s Skirt!

Cousins! An elementary school volunteer was caught on camera placing his cell phone under a woman’s skirt as she shopped recently!

According to ABC 11-WTOK TV; a customer took a video of 21-year-old Thomas Elliot on her cell phone on Monday, April 15, after she noticed him lurking around Target in Greenville, North Carolina located on the 3000 block of Evans Street.

Within the video, Thomas can be seen looking around before gently placing his phone on the ground underneath a woman’s skirt. The woman who captured the video called out Thomas for his inappropriate actions immediately.

He can be heard in the video saying sorry as he issued claims that he wasn’t doing anything. “I’m not like that”

The woman also shared the video a cross social media of Thomas being arrested.

Thomas was fired from his job as a volunteer at Pitt County Greenville Elementary School.

“We are disturbed and deeply concerned by video footage of the individual that has been shared on social media and news outlets, and based on the footage, the individual will not be returning to our campuses as a volunteer or hired as an employee,” reads a statement from the school.

“Prior to being granted access to our campuses, volunteers and visitors are screened through Raptor, a program that determines if individuals are listed in sex offender databases. If any individual is flagged in Raptor, they are not granted access to our campuses,” says Tom McClellan- Pitt County Schools Public Information Officer.

According to NBC 15 News, he was originally arrested and later released after posting a $5,000 bond. Thomas was arrested again and booked into the Johnston County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond on Tuesday, April 16.

A spokesperson with Opendoor has also provided a following statement;Safety and security are of utmost importance to us.”

“We are taking this situation extremely seriously. Thomas Elliot was immediately terminated upon notification of his arrest on Monday. Additionally, he is no longer permitted on our properties. We continue to seek God’s wisdom in the aftermath of this situation. We pray for God’s healing and redemption for all those affected.
