Cousins, Coi Leray has seemingly issued an apology to professional boxer Adrien Broner after rejecting his advances on social media!
Coi took to Twitter (X) to share that she wasn’t trying to come off as harsh with her statements made on Instagram Live Tuesday after she shut down Adrien’s flirty request for her to pop out to his upcoming fight.
“Wasn’t trying to be harsh however I hope he wins his fight and many more.”
As we previously reported Adrien and Coi went viral this week after he flooded her live with comments directly letting her know that he was interested.
“I’m on your body!”
He added, “Be at my next fight in Miami May 31st at the Hard Rock on me [heart emoji].”
In response to Adrien’s comments Coi stated, “trying to bag me on Instagram Live is crazy,”
“Like dead a**. Get the f*ck on. Okay. Like, that’s f*ckin’ corny. I’m not interested. The f*ck are we doing here? I’m going.
She then addressed her fans by saying, “I’m getting the f*ck off of here. Go look at my post. I’m about to post my cover. Bye, ya’ll. I love you.”
As Coi began to trend on social for the manner in which she shut down Adrien’s advances, she revealed that this wasn’t the first time she expressed her lack of interest.
“Wasnt tryna be harsh but literally couldve said “no thank you “ 😭 u wanted to dtm on purpose,” wrote a social media user.
Coi then responded, “Honey, I said that 100x … yall just ain’t see the 99 other times but it’s all love either way”
‘Love is Blind’ season six cast member Clay Gravesande also shared that he was crushing hard on Coi. While appearing in a recent interview with ‘The Big Homies House’ he was asked who was asked who was his celebrity crush. Clay revealed that though it changes often, he currently has a “weird crush” on the Grammy nominated rapper.
