Florida Rapper Foolio Fatally Shot While Celebrating His 26th Birthday!

Cousins! Please join us in extending our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Florida rapper Foolio, following reports that he was fatally ambushed while celebrating his 26th birthday!

According to the New York Post, the tragic incident occurred early Sunday morning in the Tampa area as Foolio, born Charles Jones held a birthday celebration at the Holiday Inn.

It has been indicated that the rapper’s party was originally held at an Airbnb but it was shut down due to reaching capacity. The gathering was later moved to a Holiday Inn where Foolio was reportedly ambushed.

“The party, which had been advertised all over social media, allegedly got too rowdy, leading police to shut down the event and forcing Jones to leave,” reads a statement from attorney Lewis Fusco. “Mr. Jones had been in Tampa to celebrate his birthday over the weekend.”

“Law enforcement reports indicate that he initially stayed at an Airbnb but was asked to leave due to exceeding occupancy limits.”

Fusco continues, “He subsequently relocated to the Holiday Inn, where he was involved in an incident in the hotel parking lot and reportedly ambushed.”

Tampa police stated that Foolio and three other victims were in the parking lot area within a vehicle when an unidentified gunman opened fire.

Foolio was confirmed deceased while the three other victims were rushed to a local hospital and listed in stable condition.

Unfortunately there have been no arrests made at this time as officers continue to review surveillance footage.
