Diddy’s projected prison release date has reportedly been moved up once again, giving the Bad Boy CEO an earlier expected exit from federal custody!

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ official inmate website, Diddy’s release date has been bumped up from February 23, 2028, to January 24, 2028.

The latest update marks the third reported change to his release timeline. Diddy’s original release date was reportedly set for June 2028 before it was moved up to April 2028 and later adjusted most recently to February 2028.

As of now, there has been no publicly confirmed reason behind the repeated changes.

Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison after being found guilty in October 2025 on two counts related to prostitution offenses.

While his release date has been adjusted, Diddy remains incarcerated as he serves his sentence. Neither federal officials nor Diddy’s representatives have announced an explanation for the updated timeline.
