Since the beginning of time #McDonalds has always been known for adding little extra to every meal purchased. A little extra fries here and there or maybe an extra nugget to go with your six piece. But within this day and age customers are receiving a bit more than they’ve expected!
According to #FoxNews a #SouthCarolina resident Parrish Brown, 24 has come forward to state that he discovered marijuana within his sweet tea drink from McDonalds recently. He states that after drinking the beverage he was, “ high as a kite.”
Sources have stated that Brown visited a McDonald’s establishment located at Hilton Head Island; where he ordered a 10-piece chicken McNuggets, a double cheeseburger and sweet tea with light ice and extra lemon.
It has been indicated that Brown believes the term “ extra lemon “ must be considered a street term for marijuana. He states he discovered a total of three bags of weed in his cup after finishing the drink.
“Well, I was high and panicking and at work, so I called my dad,” Brown states. “I didn’t want to get in trouble for this.”
He goes on to state that he never tried marijuana before so the experience as well as the taste was unfamiliar.”
“I have never had weed a day in my life, so immediately after I started drinking it, I started to feel weird and it didn’t taste like something I recognized.
Reports read the McDonalds corporation has issued a public statement upon the incident, “Our biggest priority is always the safety and well-being of our customers. We are fully cooperating with law enforcement on the validity of this claim.”
