Estimated read time 2 min read

Noir Nation, heartbreaking news has surfaced involving actress and influencer Skai Jackson, who has officially taken legal action against the father of her child, Deondre Burgin, amid shocking allegations of ongoing domestic abuse!

⚖️ The Claims: Abuse While Holding Their Newborn

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Skai claims Deondre violently assaulted her on Mother’s Day—while she was holding their 3-month-old son, Kasai.

She says he grabbed her by the hair, slammed her head into a car window, and punched her in the face, all while she held the baby.

And that’s reportedly just one of many violent encounters.

😢 A Pattern of Violence Since 2024

In her filing, the 23-year-old says the abuse began last year and became a weekly nightmare—from choking and scratching to destroying her personal belongings.

But the most disturbing detail?

Skai alleges that while she was pregnant, Deondre threatened her with a knife, forced her to walk outside barefoot, and even told her to drink bleach in an attempt to end the pregnancy.

🛑 Seeking Protection & Justice

Now, Skai is asking a judge to issue a restraining order, keeping Deondre 100 yards away from her, their baby, and even her dog. She’s also requested:

  • A formal child support order
  • Mandatory domestic violence counseling for Deondre
  • That he be ordered to cover her legal fees
