Cousins! Congratulations are in order for Cardi B as she announced that she’s expecting baby number three!
After months of speculation and circulating theories, Cardi is putting social media users’ rumors to rest upon revealing that she is in fact pregnant.
“It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through,” wrote Cardi on Instagram.
Appearing in a red floor-length gown that exposed her growing baby bump paired with a red fur coat Cardi continued, “”With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power.”
Cardi’s announcement came hours after news of her divorce from Offset hit major news outlets.
“This is not based on any one particular incident, it has been a long time coming and is amicable.”
The former couple tied the knot in 2017 and share two additional children Kulture, 6 and Wave 2.
Throughout their time together there has often been rumors of Offset allegedly steeping out on Cardi. Though neither Cardi or Offset has ever issued direct details regarding infidelity, there has been certain instances where each other of them have shared hints on the internet.
In December of 2023, Cardi took to social media with an emotional rant as she revealed that the two had been separated for quite some time.
