Cousins, Ella Bands has shared with fans that she has decided to pull the plug on her relationship with A-boogie!
In response to a series of questions on SnapChat forwarded by fans, the mother of two explained that she and A-Boogie had been separated for a while.
““but ya know how men are (ya ain’t done until they say ya are) lmao,” Ella wrote. “And it is very hard for him to take me serious when I say I don’t want to be together bc of course I took him back so many times.”
Ella also went on to clarify that their breakup took place before any online drama between them surfaced.
“We are not together and airdy wasn’t together prior to what ya seen on instagram.”
According to The Shaderoom, Ella A Boogie initially began to trend online back in April after influencer Marcy Diaz accused her out of allegedly stealing her ex-boyfriend.
The 25 year old explains that though he has cheated on her in the past she stayed because she knows couples go through things.
“Another thing, I keep seeing people say publicity stunt, we have never pulled a publicity stunt??? we’ve been together for years, so yes we actually go through things like regular people. maybe even more lol”
Ella says that she was trying to understand that A-boogie is still a young man with money in the entertainment industry, but ultimately she can’t trust him.
“…I was not going to leave my man who I know loves me (cheating or not…) just to get with the next man who’s going to do the same thing,” Ella explained.
“But at the end of the day, it becomes a problem… because now I can’t love you out loud because I’m embarrassed, now the trust is broke…”
Despite their breakup, Ella says that they are still friends and that she will support him forever.
“I will always continue to support him because at the end of the day, just how when we first met I am his biggest supporter. I want to see him at his best.”
“Even if I can’t stand him sometimes I’m always rooting for him & at the end of the day he is my kids, father together or not, I still feel like we represent each other.
She adds, “No matter what happens in the future I hope that were able to still be the best of friends and that’s just really of what our relationship is other than people thinking I’m so “dumb” for him I just genuinely care.”
The former couple share two children Melody Valentine Dubose born in 2017 and a son named Artist Jr., born June 27, 2020.
