NBA all star LeBron James and the Los Angles Lakers have officially agreed on a two year contract extension for a total of $85 million dollars!

The extension covers the 2020 through 2023 basketball season reports ESPN.

Sources have confirmed that LeBron is set to make $39.2 million dollars between 2020-2021 and $41,180,544 within 2021- 2022 and $44,474,988 in 2022-2023.

It has been indicated that within the contracts LeBron will have earned roughly around $435 million by the time he reaches the end of the extension.

LeBron earned the 2020 NBA final MVP his first year with the Los Angeles Lakers upon leading six games against the Miami heat. He made history as the first NBA player to ever win MVP with a total of three different franchises. He won MVP with the Heat in both 2012 and 2013 and also the Cavaliers in 2016.
