Angie Beyince Upped To Series Regular On Tyler Perry’s ‘Sistas’

Cousins! Angela “Angie” Beyince has officially been named a series regular on Tyler Perry’s hit original drama-comedy series ‘Sistas’

According to Deadline, Angie’s promotion comes in the wake of the show’s seventh season on BET. Since the series’ 2019 debut, Angie has provided comedic relief through the portrayal of her character Pam, the heavily nosy, often hilarious salon manager and friend to Karen Mott.

While working as a recurring character Angie has also been named a consultant producer for ‘Sistas’, hand-selected by T.P himself.

Reports read that within the seventh season, fans will be able to further expand on Pam’s day-to-day life. Angie’s beloved character will juggle working at the salon while managing the shop’s social media presence. She will also explore friendships and romantic relationships.

While Angie is no stranger to fame, she has led a long-standing career in the entertainment industry penning music for Destiny’s Child and her cousin Beyoncé Knowles. She’s also co-written fan favorite songs such M‘Girl,’ ‘Naughty Girl,’ ‘Check On It,’ and ‘Get Me Bodied,’ She was named Vice President of Operations at Parkwood Entertainment.
