Breaking news reports that Bill Cosby has officially received his walking papers!

The actor and comedian is set to be released from prison after Pennsylvania’s highest court overturned his sexual assault conviction today, reports the NY Post. .

Sources have confirmed that the agreement with a previous prosecutor prevented Cosby from being charged for the alleged drugging and molesting of Andrea Constand in 2004.

However charges were filed against him in late 2015 days before the 12 year statute of limitations expired.
