Angus Cloud’s Former Personal Assistant Files Lawsuit Against His Estate For $310K In Allegedly Unpaid Commission!

Cousins! A former employee of Angus Cloud has taken legal action against his estate following claims of unpaid wages!

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Jonathan Kim claims to have worked for the late actor between September 2021 through July 2023 at the rate of $5,000 a month. He alleges that in between his time of employment, his unpaid wages racked up to $115k including $195K in commission.

“Claimant is entitled to ten percent commission for compensation received by Decedent for his brand deals,” reads documents from the suit.

As we previously reported Angus tragically passed away in the summer of 2023. He was discovered unconscious in his family’s Oakland home in July. An autopsy report later revealed that the ‘Euphoria’ star had a total of seven different narcotic along with prescription drugs in his system. The Coroner’s report details that Angus had taken Adderall, cocaine, and fentanyl.

Along with his lawsuit Jonathan shared an alleged text thread between him and Angus’ mother Lisa Cloud prior to his passing.

Jonathan wrote, “He knows I’m fed up. We argue all the time lately about me always telling him stuff.”

“Me too. I always tell him that if you take care of things you have to do, no one has to ‘nag!’ I think the amount of drugs he takes all day every day immobilizes him in every way,” wrote Lisa allegedly responding to Jonathan on Aug. 7, 2022, about Angus. “If he needs you to do so much for him, (and he does) he needs to pay you a monthly assistant’s salary before he loses your friendship in a major blowup. I totally understand your friendship.”

In separate discussion Angus allegedly replied to Jonathan about his concerns of being compensated, reports Radar Online.

“My bad my g you just said you ain’t have bread. can’t have my business patna out here pockets light bro plus that not even 10% what we [just made at] that evnt bra.”
