Former Bad Boy Executive Harve Pierre Sued For Alleged Sexual Assault And Grooming Of His Ex Assistant!

Cousins! Former President of Bad Boy records Harve Pierre is currently being sued for allegations of sexual assault and grooming of his ex-assistant!

According to reports from Rolling Stone the complaint was filed on Tuesday, November 21st in New York County Supreme Court. Documents obtained by the outlet detail that Harve is being accused of preying on the anonymous victim on multiple occasions.

Jane Doe says that the traumatic instances occurred in New York City as well as multiple other locations throughout the country. Jane Doe cites physical, emotional, and psychological injuries as part of her complaint. She is currently seeking damages that will “fully and and fairly compensate,” her for the alleged 2016 through 2017 incidents.

PEOPLE reports that Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records and Combs Enterprises, LLC. have also been named as co-defendants within the suit. The series of companies are being accused of gender-motivated violence and negligence.

The lawsuit alleges, “Defendants failed to properly supervise Pierre, properly supervise Plaintiff, and protect Plaintiff from a known danger, and, thereby enabled Pierre’s sexual assaults of Plaintiff.”

The plaintiff also argues that the listed defendants either knew or should’ve known that Pierre was not fit to be within a position of power.

“We have recently become aware of a lawsuit filed in New York by a former employee . The allegations are from many years ago that were never brought to the attention of the company. Neither the plaintiff nor the executive is current employees of the company. We are now investigating the allegations, and our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees,” reads a statement from a Bad Boy Entertainment spokesperson said in a statement to PEOPLE.

It has been indicated that the suit was filed under the Adult Survivors Act.

The act which is set to end on Friday, November 24th allows a period of one year for people who are survivors of sexual assault in New York to seek justice even after the statute of limitations has expired.

Harvey began his journey with Bad Boy in 1991 and exited from the company in 2017. According to his LinkedIn profile he oversaw “Finance, Creative, Radio & Street Promotions, Marketing, A&R/Administration, Publicity, Digital, Content Management, International, Business Affairs and Sales divisions at the label.”
