Despite being one of the busiest moguls in the game, 50 Cent has been keeping tabs on the coins owed to him and is making sure he collects. Whenever that is!

According to Radar, the Queens native has recently submitted official court documents requesting Love And Hip Hop Hollywood cast member Teairra Mari be summoned to court and asked questions in regards to her income. This comes after years of legal battles between the two and a failed settled debt of $50,000.

As we previously reported Teairra, sued 50 a couple of years back upon claims of “sharing revenge porn”. In response the G-unit founder hit her with a counter lawsuit and was ordered to pay his legal fees.

Sources confirm that since the official ruling, Teairra has failed to make a single payment despite being served. She has even created merchandise and a diss tack after going viral in telling a court judge she ain’t got it.

“Has been the subject of repeated sanctions by this Court but has been seemingly unswayed by such actions and has not paid any money towards the Judgment or sanctions against her, making the increased penalties associated with a finding of contempt necessary,” reads court documents forwarded by 50’s legal team.

Though Teairra was originally ordered to pay $30,000 the amount owed has increased due to ongoing court fees and 50’s reportedly numerous attempts to collect.

50 also known as Curtis Jackson is currently requesting a court look into the singer’s bank statement and sources of incomes in a order that reads, If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”

50 is looking to have things settled officially by April 20th.
