Blogger Tasha K. is not giving up without a final word as trending reports confirm she’s officially filed an appeal in regards to her defamation lawsuit battle with Cardi B!

As we previously reported Tasha has been ordered to lay $ 4 million dollars to the Bronx , NYC native after she was found liable within the defamation of character case.

A judge ruled that she had invaded Cardi’s privacy through portrayal in a false light and had intentionally inflicted intense emotional distress.

Tasha K. also known as Latasha Kebe has previously shared videos to her YouTube channel issuing claims about Cardi being a prostitute abusing illegal drugs, cheating on her husband and other traumatic lies.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online the newly issued appeal reads “The above-named Defendants, Latasha Kebe and Kebe Studios LLC, appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from the final judgment entered on February 17, 2022.”

Following the previously issued order, Tasha appeared on ALLBLK’s Social Society series and when asked about the case she said “Listen, I ain’t got it. Don’t ask me for no money. I ain’t got it,l. But listen, we have business things in place that takes care of things like this. But of course, the appellate court and the supreme court is in process right now.”

Sources confirm that, Tasha K. has yet to file” a brief explaining why the case’s judgment should be reversed.
