The Supreme Court has announced an official update pertaining to Bill Cosby ‘s high profile case that shocked many, as they’ve ruled to not further review his overturned conviction!
Fox News reports that the highest court has declined prosecutors forwarded request to reinstate Cosby’s previous conviction.
As we previously reported, last year the Pennsylvania Supreme Court tossed out Cosby’s conviction due to a previously bonded agreement to not charge him.
Sources confirm that the Supreme Court did not forward any explanation as to why they did not want to hear the case. It has been indicated that his case was amongst a countless list of cases forwarded that they did not want to further review.
Cosby made history as the very first celebrity to be convicted of sexual assault in the #MeToo era after a jury found him guilty back in 2018.
He was previously convicted of drugging and molesting Temple University employee Andrea Constand back in 2004.
