In efforts of simplifying the whirlpool of lawsuits issued following the tragic incidents occurred at Astroworld 2021. the Texas Judicial Panel on Multi district litigation has officially decided to combine all of them into one!

According to Uproxx, nearly 400 lawsuits have been forwarded against Astroworld organizers TravisScott and LiveNation .

It has been indicated that the new case will also include 387 separate suits consisting over 2,800 alleged victims totaling almost $ 3 billion dollars. Both plaintiffs and defendants came to the mutual agreement of combing the cases for simplicity.

As we previously reported, 8 people were tragically killed during the festival including a child as young 14 years old, with over 300 people heavily injured. The issued suits argue that both Travis and Live Nation, were negligent within the planning of and execution of the festival.

Countless attendees have come forward on social media alleging that Travis continued to perform for over 40 minutes after authorities declared the event a mass casualty. Videos show that the festival was overcrowded with attendees aggressively trampling one another which lead to fatal incidents of suffocation.
