The home that Notorious B.I.G. once shared with his then-wife Faith Evans and her daughter, Chyna Tahjere Griffin, has officially sold for far more than the asking price!
According to B.E.T., the home closed on Dec.14, 2020, for 2 million, it was on the market for just three months and was originally was listed for 1.7 million.

Recently, the 1,700 square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex was renovated. Located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Fort Greene, this iconic duplex has a 12-foot high ceiling and a fireplace.

It also includes a beautiful dining area and a newly installed chef’s kitchen. The luxury kitchen has a Bosch five-burner cooktop, deep double sink, Glassos and Carrera countertop, and two stainless steel ovens.

There are many jaw-dropping aspects, but the primary bathroom takes the cake! Referred to as “a sanctuary from the city,” it has an oversized walk-in shower with a freestanding deep soaking tub. Get this: the tub sits next to the built-in rustic shelves that give a “modern farmhouse feel”

Caroline Duncan purchased the home back in 2011. She is the one behind all the upgrades to the former home of the rapper. “When I moved in, the basement was just a raw space with concrete floors,” Duncan says. “I framed and put up all the walls and created a bathroom with barn wood and modern finishes, a massive walk-through closet to showcase my collection of clothing and accessories, a laundry room and bedrooms.”
During the time, Christopher George Latore Wallace (Notorious B.I.G.) only released his debut studio album, Ready to Die.
