Law officials are cracking down on fake vaccination card owners as a new order has been set in place that will result in immediate jail time!

According to NBC News, Governor Kathy Hochul signed a new legislation on Wednesday night making falsified covid-19 vaccination card a class A misdemeanor within the state of New York.The new legislation also cites that tampering with computer records related to vaccinations is a class E felony.

Sources have confirmed that under the new bill fake vaccinations will be underlined as forgery statute and will land you in jail up to a year or three years probation.

Tampering with vaccination related documents is now identified as “intentional entering, alteration or destruction of computer material regarding COVID-19 vaccine provision” with can land an individual hi to four years in prison.

“ The ‘Truth in Vaccination’ law will serve as a strong deterrent to prevent people from lying abouttheir vaccination status, protecting public health, and ensuring our economic recovery can move forward,” says state senator Anna M. Kaplan in a forwarded statement.
