The artist formally known as Kanye West has made an official move within his current divorce to Kim Kardashian and it is definitely one for the books as circulating reports confirm he’s purchased a home across the street from her in assumed efforts of effectively co-parenting!

According to the Daily Mail, Ye bought a $4.5 million 5 bedroom, 3,650 square foot home across the street from his estranged wife.

Reports read that he paid $421,000 over the asking price within a bidding war for the LA based Hidden Hills located home.

This big purchase comes just two short months after he put up his previously owned bachelor beach home back in Malibu.

Though Kim has recently filed to be declared legally single upon rumors that she is dating actor and comedian Pete Davidson, Ye has been consistent within speaking on his want to get back with her. The multi business mogul has also made it clear that she is ready to live her by dropping West from her last name and simply moving on.

The new home is said to be decked out a huge outdoor swimming pool, horse corral, alongside a stable for three horses. However it has been indicated that a heavy amount of renovation need to be done.
