Cousins! Following the tragic loss of Kobe Bryant , his daughter Gigi Bryant and seven other victims, their families have officially agreed to settle within a lawsuit against the helicopter company that claimed the lives of their loved ones!
The terms of the settlement are completely sealed at this time and must be finalized within federal court reports NBC News.
Sources have confirmed that the suit has been filed against the Island Express Helicopter Inc. company, it’s owner and the estate of the pilot that also died in the crash.
It has been indicated that the pilot Ara Zobayan, went against federal guidelines and flew the helicopter into the fog which lead to a disorientation of both speed and angle.
The suit was forwarded by #VanessaBryant as well as the victims family members.
