Jhené Aiko Set To Host 2021 Grammys Premiere Awards Ceremony!

Jhené Aiko is creating history of her own this year as she has been named the very first album of the year nominee artist to ever host the Grammys Premiere Awards Ceremony!

According to ET Jhené will be the face of the first line of festivities taking place on Sunday March 14th, 2021 as she will host the pre-telecast event in preparation for the 63rd annual Grammy Awards Ceremony.

Reports read that Jhené is currently nominated for a total of three Grammys herself this year.

Her album Chilombo, is nominated for Album of the Year and Best Progressive R&B Album. She’s also nominated for Best R&B Performance for her single “Lightning & Thunder” featuring John Legend.

It has been indicated that majority of the awards will be handed out during the pre-telecast ceremony, Jhene could take home a few wins of very her own while hosting.

The pre-televised ceremony will begin 12PM PT followed by the official Grammy Awards Ceremony at 5PM PT.
