The saga continues as Tory Lanez has officially filed motion to publicly speak on the shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion!

According to court records obtained from Page Six Tory’s legal team has forwarded motion to amend the terms of a protective order.

Reports read that Tory’s team is currently arguing that documents issued on November 18th enable significant prejudice towards him which is allegedly jeopardizing his right to a fair proceeding.

It has been indicated that Megan is not subjected to the same legal terms as Tory, as his attorney argues she’s been able to speak freely on social media about the case.

“In contrast to Mr. Peterson’s silence, Megan [Pete] authored and posted six tweets to her 5.6 million Twitter followers in quick succession,” stated Tory’s lawyers in the motion forwarded motion.

However an exclusive statement made from Megan’s lawyer Alex Spiro in regards to the the forwarded motion indicates that further evidence has come to the light.

“Did the motion fail to mention that there was gunshot residue on his hands or that he texted her ‘Sorry?’ I haven’t had a chance to read it.”
