Soulja Boy is currently facing a legal suit following allegations of abuse and sexual battery between him and his personal assistant!

According to @tmz_tv the identified woman has forwarded claims that the rapper also known as DeAndre Cortez raped and assaulted her for nearly two years.

She states the abuse began shortly after she was hired in December 2018 and that things went left after he began to send her unwarranted photos of his penis.

However it appears that the lawsuit notes the two did develop a romantic relationship and that she had ultimately moved in within him.

She goes on to say that it wasn’t long before he began to act violently towards her. She recalls a January 2019 incident where the rapper allegedly pushed her out of a vehicle and then forced her to walk 5 miles following an argument.

The former assistant accuses Soulja of raping her in February 2019 and then paying her $1,000 afterwards to prove how sorry he was.

It has been indicated that in May 2019 the rapper had reportedly spit on her after she stated she wanted to quit.

TMZ reports: She also claims she was sometimes sexually assaulted twice a day … and after one violent attack in August 2020 — where she thought she would die — she moved out. According to the suit, she went back to get her belongings the next month, and he allegedly raped her again.

It appears the woman is suing Soulja for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress and damages for not being under paid.

Since the filing of the suit a representative of Soulja has come forward to state, “Soulja would never put his hands on a female. He wouldn’t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman … this is non-sense!!!”
