Beyonce Shares Plant Based Diet Plan Within Preparation For 2018 Coachella!

#Beyonce is known for living a super private life and is extremely careful upon which details she forwards to the public. Within her Emmy nominated #Netflix documentary Homecoming, she revealed certain difficulties faced with her body and health scares she endured before and after giving birth to the twins.

According to #PeopleMagazine ; Beyonce has recently revealed even more details to how she attained her goal weight for her historical 2018 #Coachella performance. A #YouTube video shows Beyonce waking up at 5am to weight herself before her first day of practice. “Good morning, it’s 5 a.m., and this is day one of rehearsals for Coachella.” She then steps on the scale and states, “Every woman’s nightmare… this is my weight, 175. Long way to go

Within the Homecoming documentary, Beyoncé shared that she was 218lbs. the day she gave birth to the twins. “I’m back on the stage after giving birth to twins. I was a woman that felt like my body was not mine.”

Beyonce has been pretty open about the strenuous exercising and extreme dieting tactics she faced in order to attain her goal weight. “It’s time to work, so I have to get in that zone, it’s like a different headspace,” Beyoncé states. “Me getting the weight off was so much easier than getting back in shape and my body feeling comfortable.”

Beyoncé paired up with exercise physiologist Marco Borges and official founder of 22 Days Nutrition to orchestrate an 100% plant based diet. Though Borges plan consists of 22 days Beyonce did 44 days to insure meeting her goal in time for Coachella.
