Congratulations are in order!! #TessaThompson has officially landed the role of Valkyrie in the Marvel series Thor.
“First of all, as new King [of Asgard], she needs to find her queen, so that will be her first order of business. She has some ideas. Keep you posted,” states Thompson to a crowd in #SanDiego over the weekend at #ComiCon .
According to #EssenceMagazine ; Marvel President Kevin Fergie later confirmed the big news. “The answer is yes! How that impacts the story remains to be seen with that level of representation you’ll see across our films, not in just Thor 4.”
The World is slowly but surely changing within the right direction y’all! There’s more diversity being forwarded into spaces most of us and people that look like us were once shunned from. This is a celebration!!
