A series of accusers have come forward in filing five new lawsuits against Diddy upon claims of sexual assault, including a then 13-year-old girl!

According to USA TODAY, the recently filed civil suits include two JOHN DOES and three JANE DOES ranging between the years of 2000 and 2022.

One of the three women stated that she was thirteen years old when she attended an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in September 2000. She alleges that a then 30-year-old Diddy alongside an unnamed male celebrity sexually assaulted her while an unnamed female celebrity watched.

“She was attempting to get into the award show when she met Combs’ limousine driver, who allegedly told her the record label founder ‘liked younger girls” and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for,’ reads the suit.

“She claims the driver told her to return later in the night, and when she did, she was taken to an after-party at a home, presumably belonging to Combs. She was then instructed to sign a non-disclosure agreement,”the lawsuit states.

Jane Doe says she accepted a “bitter” drink and began to feel woozy claiming to feel she was drugged. “She claims she entered an empty bedroom to lie down when Combs and two unnamed celebrities entered. She claims Combs told her she was ‘ready to party’ and threw her toward the male celebrity, who removed her clothes and held her down as he raped her while Combs and the female celebrity watched,” reads the suit.”

A businessman has also accused Diddy of assaulting at a Ciroc promo party in 2022. A personal trainer has come forward with claims that the defamed music mogul assaulted him at an award show after-party in the same year. A female rapper and producer has stated that Diddy assaulted her in 2022 as well. Another woman says she was assaulted by him at a Las Vegas party on Memorial Day weekend in 2014.

Reports read that the suits were filed within a New York federal court on Sunday, October 20 by the Buzbee Law Firm. The suits have been declared as part of 120 alleged victims the firm previously announced would file suits against Diddy. Six suits were initially filed against the Bad Boy CEO last week.
