Noir Nation, a Fulton County judge has officially stepped into the ongoing legal drama between Big Tigger and Alicia Brown, ordering the radio personality to keep his distance from his estranged wife and their children.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Brown was granted a temporary protective order requiring the veteran radio personality to stay away from both her and their children while the case moves through the legal system.

In her petition, Alicia alleges a pattern of domestic violence, claiming that Big Tigger slammed her head into a door during an incident in May that reportedly left her needing stitches. She further alleges that she was pressured into denying the incident occurred and was threatened with losing “everything” if she attempted to speak out.

Alicia also claims her access to the family’s home security cameras and gate controls was cut off.

The ruling comes just days after reports surfaced regarding Tigger’s recent arrest on charges including aggravated battery and cruelty to children. As previously reported, he was arrested over the weekend and later released on bond.

Court records indicate Tigger has been ordered to remain at least 200 yards away from Alicia and their children and refrain from contacting them. Brown has also been granted temporary custody of their minor children, along with exclusive use of the family residence.

Additionally, Tigger has been ordered to surrender access to the home’s Ring camera system and remote gate controls.

An official hearing in the matter has been scheduled for July 13.
