Recently indicted former Turkey Leg Hut owner has been labeled every name under the sun including ‘dangerous” after alleged text messages between him and employees have been revealed!

Lyndell ‘Lynn” Price was placed in handcuffs by Texas police officers on Thursday (May 1st) accusing him of being tied to a 2020 arson incident. He’s been named in court documents of conspiring with Armani Williams and John Lee Price to set former Turkey Leg Hut partner Steven Rogers 5015 bar on fire, reports Click 2 Houston News.

Despite pleading not guilty during his arrangement, Prosecutors have demanded Lyndell remain in jail with no possibility of bail. They argue that the former founder poses as a danger to the community while presenting menacing text messages of him allegedly threatening Steven as well as Turkey Hut employees.

“I will come to your house and kill that dog … stop playing and I mean it,” read an alleged text between Lyndell and a former manager.

The unnamed employee claims she is still scared of her former boss to this day. Prosecutors say that she also shared additional text messages where Lyndell used profanity laced with threats of violence.

Lyndell is currently being accused of orchestrating an arson-for-hire plot that was executed on June 12, 2020.  Federal prosecutors argue that Williams and Lee Price carried out the crime in the early morning hours after purchasing gasoline and face coverings. The duo is said to have“poured gasoline across the deck and down the entrance ramp.” They then called Lyndell to confirm the job had been completed.

The FBI has secured two separate confessions from Williams and Lee Price as Lyndell continues to deny any involvement.

Lee Price alleges that he often secured stolen goods, such as ATVs, cars, and engines for Lyndell, who would sell or strip the products.

He also claimed that Lyndell used the growingly popular restaurant as a front for drug trafficking Lee Price says he traveled to California to bring back 500-1,000 pounds of marijuana that were kept at the restaurant due to a 24-hour security surveillance system on the property.

Two shotguns, three rifles, a pistol, a flame thrower, 960 rounds of various ammo, magazines, and one firearm emblazoned with the Turkey Leg Hut logo were discovered upon Lyndell’s arrest. Prosecutors state that one of the weapons was stolen while various others were registered under different names.

“Price…was in tears when he was pulled over,’ confirms a source to Click 2 Houston News.
