Noir Nation, Coi Leray has taken the internet by storm with wonderful news in announcing that she is currently expecting her very first child!
The mother-to-be announced the big news on social media earlier this month paired with a heartwarming carousel of photos starring her growing baby bump alongside her boyfriend and fellow rapper Trippie Redd.
“I’m a rock star mommy 💋 we ready for 2025 🖤,” reads the Instagram caption.
Celebrities such as GloRilla, Shenseea, H.E.R, Dream doll and more flooded Coi’s comment section with love and positive messages as they congratulated the rapper on her new journey.
According to reports from USA Today, Coi, 27 and Trippie, 25 had originally began dating in 2019 and ultimately decided to split ways shortly. Trippie explained in a track he released titled ‘Leray’ that there was no love lost.
In 2024 the two moved on to rekindle their relationship, as fans noticed the pair making public appearances on social media more frequently.
Later in the year Trippie confirmed their romance to TMZ.
Following the news of Coi and Trippie expecting their first child together, the ‘Twinnem’ rapper has been more transparent with her fans about her pregnancy journey.
While appearing on Instagram live recently, the 27 year old explained how pregnancy has changed her life and how she’s been able to adapt to healthier habits. Coi revealed that she was able to cope easily with going cold Turkey from smoking and drinking.
