⚠️ SENSITIVE CONTENT WARNING ⚠️:
Noir Nation, Diddy is currently adding another lawsuit to his pile of legal troubles as his former artist Dawn Richard is currently accusing him of sexual assault and inhumane treatment!
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the former Danity Kane member has stated that she was subjected to years of verbal abuse by Diddy. Dawn states that the Bad Boy CEO called fellow ‘Making The Band’ contestants “ft,” “ugy,” “bs” and “hs.”
Dawn recalled an alleged incident from 2005 where she says she saw the late Kim Porter leaving the studio crying with bruises all over her face. She recalled another incident in 2009 stating that Diddy was allegedly “high on drugs” when he threw his ex-girlfriend Cassie against a wall, choked her, and dragged her up a flight of stairs in his Los Angeles home.
The 41-year-old says that she saw Diddy allegedly throw eggs from a hot scolding pan at Cassie’s face in one incident while shouting, “I’ve been asking you for my s–t; I can’t stand you b, you never do it right!” Legal documents read indicate that Dawn claims to have seen Diddy punch Cassie in her face and attempt to strangle her with his own bare hands.
According to the lawsuit, when Dawn and fellow Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper tried to help Cassie and advised her to leave him, Diddy threatened them both. “Y’all bes don’t get in my relationship. Just make money and shut the f–k up. You bes want to d*e today?”
Dawn has stated that Diddy allegedly had once forced her to rehearse for 48 hours straight without sleep, leading her to lose a substantial amount of weight. She claims to have become dehydrated and developed rashes throughout her body.
Throughout the years of 2009 and 2011, Dawn says the New York native sexually assaulted her numerous times. She alleges he touched near her breasts and smacked her butt while she was undressed in a changing room.
“Mr. Combs frequently smacked Ms. Richard’s bare buttocks and often commented on her body, noting that although she was ‘too skinny,’ she had an ‘ass,’” the lawsuit reads.
Richard further claims she witnessed Combs “and several other males gang-banging” his former female assistant at a hotel pool in Glasgow.
Sources state that Dawn is seeking compensatory damages; a financial judgment for mental pain, anguish and emotional distress; punitive and exemplary damages; and also for Diddy to cover her attorneys’ fees.
