Cousins! Aoki Lee Simmons is shutting down circulated claims throughout the internet that she is on drugs!
While appearing on Instagram live earlier this week alongside a friend, Aoki read a comment out loud from a viewer that accused her of being hyped up on coke.
“ ‘You used to be a genuinely intelligent girl, now it give cocaine’,” she read.
In response, the Harvard graduate confirmed that she doesn’t do drugs. “ I’m not on drugs. I don’t do coke. I just like sugar. I’m a nerd. Don’t any of you guys have friends who are a nerd?”
Aoki added that an online user kept continued to bomb her live with accusations regarding drug usage. “ I’m still really smart. I have a higher IQ than you by a lot.”
The 21-year-old went on to say that she has ADHD and just wishes people would leave her alone so that she can live her life.
Further in the video shared by Live Bitez, Aoki says that she’s learning not to respond to comments while on Instagram Live because she feels that she gets herself in trouble by answering questions.
“ We don’t answer questions anymore so don’t ask,” said Aoki.
“Someone always films the live and turn it into a YouTube video.” She explains that since the comments don’t show up in shared screen recording she appears to look crazy.
As we previously reported, Aoki was a major topic of discussion earlier this month following reports that she was dating 65-year-old businessman Vittorio Assaf.
The two were spotted in St Barth hugged up and kissing in their bathing suits.
However, a source close to Aoki says that the two were never in a relationship of any sort.
“Aoki is learning to navigate her private life in a public sphere. And that can be difficult. However, Kimora Lee Simmons was concerned to see her daughter in that kind of relationship due to what she herself went through.”
