Cousins! Actor Jonathan Majors appears to be in continued great spirits despite the ongoing legal battles with his former girlfriend Grace Jabbari!
While in conversation with TMZ on Wednesday, March 20th in Los Angeles, Jonathan says that he isn’t surprised by the recently filed suit and that he knew it was coming eventually.
According to CNN, Grace has filed a new lawsuit against Jonathan accusing him of assault, defamation of character, “infliction of emotion distress” and “malicious prosecution.”
Court documents obtained by the outlet note that Grace is also accusing Jonathan of displaying a pattern of “pervasive domestic abuse that began in 2021 and extended through 2023.” She also accuses him of questioning her character since his latest conviction.
The suit reads that Jonathan “continued to show an utter lack of remorse for his actions and inability to be deterred from future similar conduct.”
“When publicly confronted with Grace’s numerous allegations of abuse, Majors has called her a liar at every turn and very specifically claimed that he has never put his hands on a woman, with the goal of convincing the world that Grace is not a victim of domestic abuse but instead a crazy liar who should be treated as such.”
Jonathan’s attorney has responded in shooting down Grace’s claims and confirming that his client is preparing a counterclaim against her.
As the conversation continued with Jonathan and TMZ, he remained all smiles as he declares his deep love for his bae Meagan Good. He expressed that that his feelings for her are different in comparison to relationships in the past because they are connected at his heart.
The shirtless actor also confirmed that he is working to get in shape for an upcoming role, “fingers crossed.” Though Jonathan hasn’t release any additional details regarding the new project, he did express that acting is one of the best feelings in the world.
