Cousins! The divorce between Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict is officially finalized with the former pair reaching a complete settlement!
According to reports from The Blast, Tia will not have to fork over a dime in spousal support and will remain in full ownership of their Los Angeles home currently worth $4.3M. It has been hinted that Tia may have paid for the Studio City located home on her own and could have possibly kept it off the strength of her own coins.
Both Tia and Cory will be equally responsible for the support of their children Cree and Cairo. Within an agreement of physical and joint custody, they will split the costs of private school tuition, extracurricular activities, and all other expenses required in raising their children.
Court documents obtained by the outlet also propose an interesting clause for both Tia and Cory about romantic partners. Stating that “Each party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months.”
Adding that, “Each party is further restrained from permitting his or her new romantic partner from spending overnights with the minor children are with that custodial parent during the first six months of the exclusive relationship.
Furthermore neither Tia or Cory are allowed to speak negatively about the other one in front of the kids. The established agreement indicates that neither of them are allowed to speak “in a negative, disrespectful or derogatory manner to or about the other party in the children’s presence or within hearing distance of the minor children.”
In addition, they are ordered to ensure other family members and friends comply with this order.
